Hollow fiber ultrafiltration UF module

1. Product introduction:

JXUF250-Max 80 ultrafiltration membrane is a capillary hollow fibre membrane, which is a kind of polymer material membrane, it is a kind of separation product without phase change. The modified PES material used in this product has good water permeability, mechanical properties, chemical resistance and anti-pollution ability.

The membrane module is installed with hollow membrane filament with inner diameter of 0.8mm and outer diameter of 1.3mm. The filtration method is internal pressure, i.e., the raw water is driven by the pressure difference and enters into the inner part of the hollow filament, and permeates through the hollow filament along the radial direction from the inside to the outside.   • Package size

The membrane modules are added with glycerin protective liquid, and they are individually packaged when leaving the factory. The membrane modules are wrapped in plastic film bags, sealed and placed in a rigid cardboard box with shock-proof and fixing measures.

  • Storage (use) precautions

If the membrane module is not installed and used temporarily, it should be stacked on a flat and clean indoor floor, away from cold and heat sources, to ensure that there is no corrosion and pollutants around; the storage temperature is controlled at 5-40 °C, and the recommended storage temperature is 20-35 °C .

  • Warranty

Keep the membrane modules in the original packaging as much as possible. Under the above storage conditions, unopened new membrane modules can be stored for 2 years.
